How
To Play Caribbean Stud Poker |
Caribbean Stud poker is available at most online casinos
however it often goes under slightly different names.
Regardless of the name it is a great twist on a regular poker
game and gives the oportunity for you to win some serious money.
To start a game of Caribbean Stud poker you first must
place a bet on the Ante area of the table. It is important
to remember that this is really only one third of your actual bet
if you decide to play once you have seen you cards. This is because
once you have received your hand you must place a bet
double your ante on the bet area.
After you have placed your ante bet you are dealt five
cards face up and the dealer is dealt five cards, one
face up and four face down. It is at this point where you must decide
whether your hand has a chance of out ranking the dealer. If you think
it does then you can bet and see the outcome. If you feel
you have a bad hand you can surennder and lose your ante
bet.
The dealer must receive a hand of Ace, King or higher
to qualify. If the dealer does not qualify and you have
placed a play bet then you get double your ante and your play bet
i is returned to you. This is one feature of Caribbean stud that
can be a little frustrating especially if you hagve a
great hand and the dealer fails to qualify.
There is often a side bet that you can also make which
is usually $1. This side bet gives you access to the progressive
jackpot. If you hit a straight flush or a royal flush you
receive part of the jackpot or the whole jackpot respectivly.
