How To Play Pai Gow Poker

Paigow Poker is a popular table game that is a variation of poker. At the start of each   hand you are dealt seven cards. The aim of the game is to make two hands, one two   card and one five card, known as a low and a high hand. Both of you hands must out   rank the dealers to win the hand.

Standard poker card rankings are used in the game of pai-gow poker. A 52 card deck   of cards is used with an additional card - the joker. The highest posible low hand is a   pair of aces and the highest possible high hand is four aces and the joker. The joker   is not wild but can be used only as an ace or as a card to complete a straight, a   flush, a straight flush or a royal flush.

Once you have been dealt your seven cards you must form two different hands. One   point to remember is that your five card high hand MUST out rank your two card hand.
